Hey there! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed in both states of Hawaii and Arizona. I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I served active duty in the US Navy as well as public-service as a city firefighter-paramedic. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Arizona State Univ. and my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu. I lived in Hawaii for many years working as a counselor with various populations. Hawaii is where my career in psychology all began.

I enjoy helping people make meaningful changes in themselves, in their relationships and to their lives. I can help you feel more present and more authentically connected to yourself and others. Whether you are feeling stuck in life or are navigating a life-altering event, I am here to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to overcome your obstacles and concerns. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
