I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters degree in social work from Marywood University. I am very passionate about my career and have chosen this field to become someone that can support, encourage and aid others in their personal growth and journey. My general practice focuses on individual adults and adolescents. I am an active listener and seek to provide an unbiased perspective in a confidential and safe environment. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches in order to meet the unique needs of each client, including relational, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, person centered, and solution focused. I have 15+ years of experience treating individuals who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, parental obstacles or lack of self-worth. I also have significant work experience with teens and young adults who experience various struggles that may be a result of bullying, failing grades, parental or peer stressors or poor self image. I combine my education, experiences and passion to provide my clients with a unique therapy journey. I will work closely with you to build on your strengths while paying attention to areas of your life that you may want to heal and GROW.
