I see people for all kinds of everyday life problems including: life and work stress; depression; anxiety; phobias/fears; obsessive-compulsive disorder; bipolar disorder; marital/couples issues; divorce; behavior problems; parenting; ADHD/ADD; stress and anger management; smoking cessation; habit control; codependence; post traumatic stress; spiritual/faith issues: and grief/loss. I provide employee assistance services to employees after traumatizing experiences like bank robberies, job injuries or coworker deaths. My preferred treatment methods are brief therapy or serial brief therapy with individuals. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, brief therapy, Eye Movement Integration, hypnosis, and relaxation and stress management training. Currently, I am accepting new patients for teletherapy.
