Hi! I'm Mike, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from AZ. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I have many years of experience helping individuals heal from both substance use and mental health challenges. I have worked in community mental health and been involved in the 12-step community for many years. Prior to working in mental health, I had a career in accounting. I have a Biblical worldview that inspires and guides me in my work. I have been married since 1997 and raised 4 children. I also have 4 stepchildren, and 14 grandchildren. Boston is my hometown, but I have been living in AZ since 2015. I am a fan of the Patriots, the Celtics, and the Red Sox. I also like Marvel, Rocky and Star Trek movies. Don't be surprised if I throw in an occasional film quote in our sessions! I would love to help you achieve your treatment and/or life goals. I am available for therapy Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM. If you believe that my skills, experience and approach would benefit you, I would love to hear from you!

We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
