Hello and welcome! I'm Meg, and I understand that feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start can be daunting. I'm passionate about assisting my clients through life transitions and improving their quality of life. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and finding purpose in life. As a trauma-informed provider, I focus on PTSD, childhood experiences, and attachment issues, taking on a select number of clients to ensure personalized care. My person-centered approach means I partner with you to identify and explore your likes, dislikes, and needs in therapy.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (similar to EMDR) and Clinical Hypnosis to provide relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress. Additionally, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral approaches, Emotionally Focused approaches, and mindfulness techniques. The beauty of the therapy process is that you have control, and I am here to help you find the tools that work best for your life.

By focusing on the 8 dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, environmental, social, financial, spiritual, occupational, and intellectual), you get to decide where we start. Our first session will be a time for us to get to know each other, gather information to set goals and objectives, and plan for your therapy experiences.
