I have also worked with behavioral health organizations, leading teams and managing programs.
My clients grow or heal by addressing emotions, reducing anxious thoughts and feelings in their bodies. Working through relationship issues through communication, conflict resolution and other factors that shape our experience. In trauma work, I find EMDR ( eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to be the most powerful therapy to heal core issues.
