I also integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I have worked in schools for over two decades and love helping parents improve their relationships with their children and learn strategies to help set their children up for long term success. In addition to being a clinical social worker, I am a certified mindfulness teacher and a registered yoga teacher.
