In my therapeutic work, I have over 7 years of experience working with college-aged students providing support in navigating the emerging adulthood phase of life that college presents as well as several years of experience working with teenage girls with issues such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and disordered eating patterns/body image issues. My primary focus/specialties are related to the treatment of depression, anxiety, social anxiety, phase of life issues, women's issues, ADHD, trauma, and issues related to college-aged students. I attended James Madison University and received my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology and attended Old Dominion University and received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2019. I have experience working in private practice settings, college-counseling settings, non-profit community-based settings, and in-home/family therapy settings.
