Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Master's from Cambridge College of Massachusetts and have been practicing over 15 years. I help people who struggle with many life problems or mental health disorders become more aware of their issues and assist them with providing healthy clarity. I am a very open therapist here to provide a safe place for my clients to explore struggles they may have in their current life and just be none judgmental, letting people just be themselves, which is needed to establish a rapport and a overall therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help one learn from my therapy style, but also me be open to learning from them as well!!
