I specialize in helping clients who are seeking a deeper connection with their souls. My clients are often individuals who are aware of their life experiences and traumas, yet feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, and shame. I mainly work with creative individuals who may struggle with self-doubt, lack of motivation, and feelings of guilt or isolation. I help these clients understand themselves and their unconscious layers in a new way. My approach is safe, supportive, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrative, and clients report feeling seen and heard. My therapy approach blends Jungian depth psychology and psychoanalysis with tools from my diverse background as a therapist, tarot reader, bodyworker, yoga and meditation instructor, and social worker. I tailor interventions to each client's needs and goals. The decision to seek therapy is deeply personal, and it's important that the therapist you work with is someone with whom you feel safe opening up.
