Hello, I'm Katina. My vision is to assist those who are hurting, and I strive to make the therapeutic process as comfortable as possible. My goal is to help you find peace, humility, and rest through a personalized treatment approach. Together, we can work on replacing negative thought patterns with positive, self-enhancing ones.


I have been practicing since 2000, and my preferred treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is effective because it challenges and realigns negative, self-defeating thoughts with positive, life-bringing ones. This approach allows us to work collaboratively to identify and change the thought patterns that may be holding you back.


I could recite all the old clichés like: 'A house divided...' or 'It takes a village...' But the truth is, sometimes families, individuals, or children simply lose their way and require a reintroduction to their own place of 'center'. My role is to guide you back to that center, helping you navigate through the challenges and find your path to well-being.
