I have learned over the years to take a flexible approach to patients, to "meet you where you're at." Every patient is unique, and my way of working with you is to collaborate on a treatment plan that addresses the issues that are of primary importance to you. Although I have learned a number of different approaches over the years, the therapy I provide has as its basis respect and a valuing of your unique strengths and gifts.
