I have 12+ years of experience in the mental health field, including working with all ages to assist individuals and families in developing more effective coping skill, mastering challenges, improving relationships and finding peace and happiness in life. I have been employed in many different capacities in the mental health field including working in the role of a behavioral specialist, mobile therapist, primary therapist in a residential treatment facility, outpatient therapist and therapist in an equine-assisted therapy program for veterans. Among my areas of primary expertise are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, single-adulthood challenges and life transitions.
