Gloria Gochez
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of California. I have 14 years of experience in various settings and enjoy helping individuals in the beginning stages of their healing, specifically those dealing with stress, depression and anxiety as a result of life's challenges. I approach all clients and client situations with respect, compassion, sensitivity and in a non-judgmental and accepting manner. I am direct but still warm and empowering. I believe in moving at the client's pace as this is their journey and my responsibility is to provide support and guidance. Many of my clients have said that they feel heard and respected throughout the time they have worked with me. My goal for all clients is to empower them to be an active participant in their healing. I go at my client's pace but also am able to push when needed in order to effect change. I believe everyone's therapy journey is different and so I ensure to tailor treatment plans to the individual to best match their needs, strengths and abilities.
