Hello! I am is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and has been practicing for over 6 years. I was born and raised by my parents in Paducah, KY along with her older brother. I graduated from Western Kentucky University, in 2004, with a major in Sociology and minor in Criminology. I resided in Bowling Green until 2007 when I moved to Louisville KY to work as an adoption’s worker with CPS. While there, I became passionate on working with the community and improving their wellbeing. I received a Master’s in Human Resource Management through Webster University in 2011 and later returned to Webster in 2013 to receive a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I have experience with working as a case manager as she did this, part-time for several years. I specialize in working with teens and adults on depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I am big on positive affirmations, not allowing yourself to be stuck in negative rut and changing our perception on things. Though often difficult to do, I always feel that there is always a positive you can pull out of every outcome.
