Emily Sharaf is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over eight years of experience supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship challenges. Her approach draws from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and relational therapies, as well as the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a trauma-informed modality focused on nervous system regulation and identity development.

Emily earned her master’s in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and has worked in treatment centers, group practices, schools, non-profits, and community mental health. She also co-founded two mental health businesses. Emily creates a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore patterns rooted in past experiences, increase self-awareness, and reconnect with their innate capacity for presence and growth.

Outside of the therapy room, Emily enjoys running, cooking, spending time in nature, and going to live music events.
