Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a therapist who helps individuals untangle anxiety, heal from trauma, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves. My style is warm, grounding, and collaborative. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we work gently but effectively to help them regain clarity, reduce emotional intensity, and create meaningful change.

My Approach

I draw from evidence-based and holistic modalities including:

EMDR for trauma healing and emotional processing

Attachment-focused therapy to explore relational patterns

DBT skills, including ABC PLEASE, for emotional regulation

Mindfulness and somatic awareness to reconnect with the body

Supportive counseling to offer grounding, guidance, and validation
