Hello, and welcome! I commend you for taking this step in your well-being. It takes courage to seek professional help. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey through life’s challenges. My name is Crystal Ulibarri and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, with emphasis on border culture and military culture, from the University of Texas El Paso in 2013. I have worked in various settings providing treatment, psycho-education and support to individuals, families and groups. My experience includes understanding and developing skills to manage stressors as a result of trauma, relationship issues, occupational stressors, grief, anxiety, depression and self-esteem. I believe that we can all benefit from a journey of self-awareness and discovery. I believe that through life’s challenges, we grow and become empowered by understanding ourselves. I have a passion for social justice issues and an understanding that social trauma impacts the mental health and well-being of our communities. My counseling style is client-centered, supportive and empathetic. I am goal-oriented, straightforward forward and at times, will respectfully challenge you outside of your comfort zone. I understand the importance of maintaining autonomy, dignity and respect. I look forward to working with you!

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, Psych Hub receives fees from provider groups, networks, or individual providers to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
