Christina takes a client-centered, strength-based approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Christina’s warm, empowering style fosters a safe space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported as they work toward personal growth and lasting change. She is currently pursuing certification in the Gottman Method to enhance her work with couples. Outside of therapy, Christina enjoys connecting with others and supporting her clients in discovering their strengths, encouraging growth in both their personal and interpersonal lives."
