I have worked with many people of all ages: children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a variety of settings with differing challenges. The bottom line is that we all struggle, and we all deserve an opportunity to grasp the strength inside ourselves and to empower ourselves to move in ways that are more productive, more life-affirming, and more accepting of who we are and where we hope to go.
