I have had the privilege to work with diverse populations, individuals of all ages, and families from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping adults shift their reality and take control of their lives by finding alternative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we can identify dynamics, themes, patterns, and beliefs that are no longer serving you. I utilize a holistic approach and enjoy teaching individuals about meditative practices such as Reiki, mindfulness, and creative expression to help balance the mind, body, and spirit.
