I began my career in healthcare as a medic in the United States Army, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care, discipline, and service. Following my honorable discharge, I pursued nursing, earning my Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse and later my Bachelor of Science in Nursing both with academic distinction.

I gained six years of experience in both psychiatric and acute care hospital settings, which strengthened my commitment to mental health care. During this time, I completed a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, followed by a second Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I graduated near the top of my class, earning Summa Cum Laude honors and induction into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.

I later completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Case Western Reserve University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

I am dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, though I practice exclusively in psychiatry. Over the past 10 years, I have treated children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across community clinics, private practice, group homes, retirement settings, and correctional facilities.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, with a focus on helping each patient achieve meaningful, lasting improvement.

Important Notes: ADHD treatment requires prior documentation and may require psychological evaluation. Due to telehealth regulations, only non-stimulant medications may be prescribed when appropriate. Paperwork requests require at least 3 months of established care.
