I work with women to shift limiting beliefs regarding self, income, relationships, healing the past. am passionate about working with women to increase self-esteem, change the negative voices, heal limiting beliefs and instill new beliefs. I am an eclectic holistic coach, with my counseling background informing my coaching work. I am trained as a healer, with IFS (working with parts). We may do inner child work, NLP, hypnotherapy, connect with different 'parts' of you, coaching, and heal past beliefs and emotions relating to trauma and other experiences. Evening and weekend appts available also needed. I help you listen to body wisdom and see where you need to make changes. We will work on changing limiting beliefs and creating confidence so you can create the life you want.
