Hello, I'm Amy, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I've had the privilege of practicing in Colorado and am also licensed in Arkansas. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger, stress, relationship difficulties, suicidality, and career challenges. I predominantly work with individuals aged 18 and older, providing a safe and supportive space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

My counseling approach is warm, authentic, interactive, and comfortable. I believe in tailoring our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your specific needs. While I am certified in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy and often incorporate its principles, I also draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and HeartMath techniques for stress and anger management. Additionally, I utilize my training in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality when necessary.

I provide video sessions only, which allows for flexibility and convenience while ensuring you receive the support you need. Having a supportive counselor who can help guide you through your challenges can be tremendously helpful, and I look forward to being that support for you.
