"Amy Flowers is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, and has extensive experience working with survivors of abuse and individuals navigating ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, self-injury, and life transitions. Amy uses evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused CBT.
