Dr. Jayleen Harland is the national physician leader for Molina’s Behavioral Health Clinical Services. She completed her Residency in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a Fellowship in Consultation/Liaison Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. While at Yale, she served as an administrative Chief Resident and later taught students as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Jayleen has over 15 years of clinical and consulting experience at the federal, state, and county levels. She has developed programs for people with serious mental illness, low-income communities, and returning veterans. She completed her Master in Business Administration at the George Washington University and recently obtained certifications for Economics, Accounting, and Business Analytics from Harvard Business School.
Currently, at Molina Healthcare, Jayleen manages the Behavioral Health clinical programs for over 15 health plans. She has developed a data-driven model that leverages enterprise knowledge, improves training, and promotes operational innovation. During her free time, she enjoys activities with her family, reading, technology, football, hiking, and travel.
