Krystal Brown

Meet Krystal Brown, Psych hub's Director of People and Culture.

Krystal serves as the champion of company culture and leads all aspects of human resources for the company. She has almost a decade of experience in Human Resources being a subject matter expert in HR compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, employee engagement, and benefits. Her career consists of working with startups and small companies in various industries developing their HR department and creating the foundation needed to support company and employee growth. Krystal is passionate about developing policies and processes that support employee engagement and development while also being a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Krystal is a mental health ally who has firsthand experience dealing with the stigmas and myths surrounding mental health. Mental health education and support in the workforce and our personal lives are needed now more than ever. Through Psych Hub, there is an opportunity to make everyone an ally.
