Amy Kavalec

Meet Amy Kavalec, Psych Hub's VP of Client Success.

With over 25 years focused on Customer Experience in various roles, Amy appreciates the diversity, flexibility, and authenticity that Customer Success leaders need to possess across all functions and teams within an organization. These leaders climb big mountains, lend a listening ear, challenge the status quo, transform chaos into order, and have a personal level of comfort and tolerance for uncertainty. All of this while remaining a true ultimate Customer Champion. Amy tackles business challenges authentically and through a holistic viewpoint of people, processes, data, and technology to tell the story our customers need. She is passionate about being creative and discovering win-win solutions that best serve customers, Customer Success teams, and leaders across the business.

Amy has served in various leadership roles within the healthcare, senior living, and higher education technology industries - building teams, implementing processes, developing technologies, and striving for operational and transformational excellence while ensuring the Voice of the Customer comes first. She is motivated by engaging with team members and peers, ensuring they feel respected and rewarded for their efforts, and striving to manage and exceed customer expectations. Amy received her MBA from the University of Denver and her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.

Outside of work, Amy is energized by her family and friends, creating memorable experiences together, always. She is a community volunteer, helping seniors thrive and connect, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Crisis Center. She enjoys entertaining, traveling, college basketball, and pursuing her ongoing bucket list goal, learning to fly.
