Trevyn Stegall is the Digital Media Production Manager at Psych Hub. In this role, he oversees the production process of the micro-video collection from ideation to completion. He liaises with video sponsors, independent contractors, the animation team, and many others through this process. As an experienced video producer and project manager, Stegall contributes to editing scripts and videos, audio mixing and sound design, along with file management and archiving.
Prior to joining the Psych Hub team, Stegall served as an audio engineer and metadata specialist at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville. He has completed multiple long-term audio digitization projects funded by organizations such as the Grammy Foundation and the National Endowment for the Humanities. In project management roles, he has led creative teams and overseen the completion of a number of projects of various mediums, including video game trailers, website redesigns, and children’s storybook illustrations.
Stegall is an alumnus of Bellarmine University, holding a Bachelor of Music in music technology with a focus in audio engineering and sound design.
Outside of Psych Hub, Stegall enjoys running with his dog Lucy, seeking out new local restaurants and breweries, and writing music.
On the subject of why mental health is important to him, Stegall says, “Mental health goes hand in hand with physical health. Having one without the other can cause an imbalance. With the multitude of digital media out there regarding physical health, there just isn't an extensive video library covering the various topics within the realm of mental health. That is, until Psych Hub came along. The videos we create are made with the viewer in mind, making the information easily digestible as well as entertaining.”
